We are providing seniors and families with better living since 2008. We have been apart of and developed over 750 units of single family and multi-family housing.

Our Mission

Housing is our passion and comes with our commitment to provide quality, affordable opportunities for both seniors and families.  We honor that commitment by working closely with the communities in which we build.  We are only limited by opportunity; never by location, project type, or creativity to realize and fulfill a need when it comes to housing.  By involving community organizations and services providers, we have the ability to bring meaningful change to families at the same time as giving them a new place to live.  That is the DHTC difference and continues to drive us into each new project! 

What We've Achieved

After having worked on many projects independently and through previous partnerships, DHTC is excited to have 5 joint projects in Oklahoma (Miami, OK; 42 units, Broken Arrow 74 units) and Arkansas (Little Rock, AR; 44 units and Conway, AR; 44 units, under construction) and Missouri (Springfield, MO 41 units).  We are motivated as we pursue new ventures in our experienced territory of Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, Texas, and Colorado.  In addition to developing new properties, we have been extensively involved in historic preservation and downtown revitalization.  We are proud to provide quality affordable housing in collaboration with civic leaders, public and private financial partners, and non-profit agencies.
